Beijing, 19 October 2021 (TDI): Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has encouraged both Chinese and German entrepreneurs to enhance their cooperation. The increased cooperation will help the two countries to strengthen their relationship.
Chinese Premier expressed these remarks in the virtual meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The two leaders were holding meeting on China-Germany Economic Advisory Committee. Chinese Premier further stated that mutual benefits are the basis of the Chinese-German cooperation. The cooperation between these two states will directly benefit the people of both sides.
Li Keqiang added that China welcomes the German companies to invest in China. Huge Chinese population will help the German companies. He looks forward that Germany will expand its opening for the Chinese companies which will strengthen the bilateral ties. Li also talked about the bilateral cooperation on the Coronavirus. He emphasized digital cooperation.
In addition to it, German Chancellor also expressed her interest to expand the cooperation with China. China due to one of leading world economies can not be ignored. She said that Germany is willing to expand the dialogue with China on the formulation of fair standards for trade. The German Chancellor also agreed to expand cooperation in the fields of digital economy, information and communication, and in many other fields.
