Singapore, 15 September 2021 (TDI): Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi met Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat to discuss bilateral issues in the region. Wang Yi on his fourth day of the Southeast Asian tour visited Singapore with the next stop at South Korea has had a positive influence in removing any hurdles that might arise for cooperation.
The visit was quite candid and both of the officials talked about trade, bilateral agreements, Covid-19 resilience, and steps to cope with the pandemic ridden economy. Singapore appreciated the Chinese role to developed the world to make it a better place for living cooperatively to prosper for a shared future.
