Islamabad, 29 November 2021 (TDI): Chinese Embassy in Pakistan has launched a video competition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Chinese Embassy to Pakistan is celebrating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations in a unique way. It has started a video competition with the title of “My story with China”. In the video competition, participants will describe the China-Pakistan relations.

About the Competition
The competition will be 4 months long. The final will be held at the Spring Festival of 2022. It was launched in October. It is divided into two phases. The first three months consist of monthly competitions. The winners will get huge prizes as 2 million PKR is planned for this contest.
The competition of the first month i.e. in October with the theme, “My Story with China” attracted a huge number. 4217 people participated in the first month of the competition. The participants got more than 33 million views and 1.85 million likes in the first month of the competition.
It is now the second month of the competition. The theme of the second month is “My story with CPEC”. Under this theme, the participants will emphasize how the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has affected their lives.
The video competition launched by the Chinese embassy will help to strengthen the relations between the two sides. It will help to bring people of the two sides closer. It will also help to denounce the false Western propaganda which can affect the relationship between China-Pakistan.
Pakistan was one of the first countries to recognize China and to help it to get a seat in the United Nations. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1951, the countries have enjoyed friendly relations. The two countries have helped each other in times of need. China and Pakistan are ironclad friends and aim to strengthen their relationship by expanding cooperation under the framework of the CPEC. This initiative of video competition organized by the Chinese embassy will further help to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two sides.
