June 8, 2021 (TDI): Countries across the world celebrate World ocean day by highlighting the importance of ocean life and focuses on the protection of coats and marine life. This year China celebrates worlds ocean day with a focus on protecting marine biodiversity and raise awareness in the public on the harmony of marine life. The theme for this year’s celebration was “The Ocean: Life and Livelihoods”
It is important to understand that seas are an integral part of our life on Earth, protecting them means protecting life for our future generations and giving them a healthy and more eco-friendly environment.
Keeping our coasts and marine clean will further help us in achieving important climate change goals.
