Washington (TDI): Deputy Secretary of State Kurt M. Campbell met with Saudi NSA al-Aiban and Minister al-Swaha, Saudi Arabia’s National Security Advisor and Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
The United States and Saudi Arabia are working together on a number of projects to strengthen their research and technological collaboration, one of which is artificial intelligence (AI).
It was repeated again by Deputy Secretary Campbell that the United States is committed to working with Saudi Arabia in order to realize the potential of safe, secure, reliable, and responsible artificial intelligence.

Additionally, when Campbell met with Saudi NSA al-Aiban and Minister al-Swaha, Kurt further stated that United States is also committed to cutting-edge technology ecosystems through collaboration.
In addition to this, they discussed ongoing activities that are aimed at reducing tensions and working toward achieving long-term peace and security in the region.
