Dhaka, 9 October 2021 (TDI): Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, Abul Kalam Abdul Momen congratulated his Japanese counterpart, Toshimitsu Motegi. The greetings were on his reappointment.
The Bangladeshi Foreign Minister kept the upcoming 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations in his mind. He expressed his desire to work closely with Japan and collaborate on different projects. They aim to strengthen the partnership between the two states. This strategic level partnership can enhance through polished diplomatic ties.
Since February 10th, 1972, Japan and Bangladesh have maintained amicable relations. It is built through economic and technical cooperation, cultural exchanges, and reciprocal visits. Bangladesh’s primary development partner, Japan, has lent its assistance to the country’s attempts to improve its economic and social conditions.
