Bahrain condemns Quetta terrorist attack

Manama, 10 August 2021 (TDI): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain passed a statement condemning the terrorist attack which has killed two policemen and injured at least 21 civilians, including 12 policemen in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province of Pakistan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain stated, “The Ministry expresses its condolences to the families of the victims and to the people and government of Pakistan and wishes those injured a speedy recovery.”

It further confirmed the solidarity of the Kingdom with Pakistan in its fight against the malady of terrorism, affirming Bahrain’s strict stance on denouncing violence, extremism and terrorism in all its forms and regardless of the aims behind it.
