June 14, 2021 (TDI): Ms. Yagut Yusifova Ahmed, a student of the Institute of Botany of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, was awarded the COMSTECH Consortium of Excellence (CCoE) Research Fellowship / Training Program, by the Coordinator-General of COMSTECH, Professor Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary. For this fellowship, the Azerbaijani student will be inducted at the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi, for a duration of six months.
For this merit-based scholarship, Ms. Yagut will be provided by the COMSTECH, with economic class return air tickets, as well as a visa facilitation letter that will assist her in obtaining a visa from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Furthermore, the University of Karachi will organize her residence for the duration of six months.
The university will also allocate her a stipend of US 0.
