Tehran (TDI): The president of Iran stated on Sunday that a possible ceasefire involving its allies and Israel “could affect” Tehran reaction to Israel’s recent attacks on Iranian military locations.
“Should the Israelis reflect on their actions, embrace a ceasefire, and halt the violence against the vulnerable and innocent individuals in the region” Said Masoud Pezeshkian.
He further added that it may influence the nature and severity of our response.
Furthermore, He also stated that Iran “will respond to any aggression against its sovereignty and security,”
Israeli warplanes conducted strikes on October 26, which Israel characterized as a response to Tehran’s missile barrage on October 1.

Iran characterized the attack as a response to the elimination of leaders associated with its backed militants and a commander from the Revolutionary Guards.
In light of the recent strikes, Israel has issued a caution to Iran regarding any potential retaliatory actions, while Tehran has expressed its intention to respond.
On Saturday, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who holds ultimate authority in state affairs, indicated that the Islamic republic would respond accordingly.
“It is important for those who oppose us, including the USA and the Zionist regime, to understand that their actions against Iran, the Iranian nation, and the resistance front will elicit a significant response,” Khamenei stated during a speech to students in Tehran.
He was alluding to the coalition of armed groups supported by Tehran, which encompasses Yemen’s Huthi rebels, Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement, and the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas.
