Copenhagen, 8 June 2023(TDI): Advisor to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Qamar Zaman Kaira, had an engagement with the Pakistani community in Denmark at Pakistan House today.
Qamar Zaman, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s advisor on Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, is on an important visit to build and develop engagement and communication with the Pakistani diaspora around the world.
His impending engagement with the Pakistani community in Denmark is significant since it has offered an opportunity to discuss and address the community members’ problems and goals while underlining the government’s stance on the Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Engagement with the Pakistani Community in Denmark
The Pakistani community in Denmark is an important part of the nation’s diaspora, carrying its culture, heritage, and aspirations beyond boundaries.
The advisor’s involvement with this group seeks to forge strong bonds, foster a feeling of belonging, and address their concerns about the Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan regions.
The advisor to the Prime Minister has also listened to the concerns and issues of the Pakistani community in Denmark regarding the Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan disputes during the interaction.
He has also made efforts to establish an environment in which people may express themselves and seek explanations of government policy.
During this discussion, the community raises their concerns and problems apart from supporting Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir.

Advisor has also underscored the importance of community solidarity and collective action, encouraging residents to work with local authorities, human rights organizations, and lawmakers to promote the goodwill of the Pakistani community. This will, in the end, promote Pakistan’s image abroad.
