Bulawayo, 16 September 2021 (TDI): Zimbabwe will organize the 61st Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), scheduled from 21st to 24th September 2021. President Emmerson Mnangagwa will officially open the opening ceremony.

In Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, 365 local exhibitors, whilst 11 international countries will be expected. Zimbabwe International Trade Fair theme is related to the realities and opportunities in showcasing the advancement in business and industry.

The Minister of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting, Ms. Monica Mutswangva, revealed that international exhibitors include Malawi, Botswana, Nigeria, Indonesia, Kenya, Belarus, South Africa, Namibia, Tanzania, Mauritius, and the Democratic Republic of Congo DRC. All the scheduled days for the event will be conducted under the Covid-19 Risk management policies.

The keynotes and speeches will be shared by Vice President Constantino Chiwenga on 22nd September and declared by Information Minister Mutswangva. Moreover, she has expressed that in the third round of the ZITF innovators forum, innovators from the local universities will remain the focused audience, in which students will be guided to address their life realities, challenges, and achievements.

The Zimbabwe diplomat’s forum will be held on 23rd and 24th September. Thus, Zimbabwe will get more engagement through international trade, economic alliance, development, and business innovations with its allies.
