Toronto, 9 August 2021 (TDI): President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan says India has no right to preside over United Nations Security Council after committing heinous crimes in Indian-Occupied Kashmir.
He criticized India in a video message at the International Solidarity Conference on Kashmir, arranged in the Canadian city of Toronto.
The impunity provided to India should be withdrawn and India must be held accountable under the Geneva Conventions and international law for its barbarism in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K), says Sardar Masood Khan.
He further added that for the past two years, Indian has been illegally continuing the siege of the Indian-occupied Kashmir, violating international law. Sardar Masood Khan said thousands of Hindus from India have been domiciled in the disputed territory of Indian-occupied Kashmir.
He urged the world to keep its eyes open and take the action against the barbarism of India in the disputed territory.
