About the Meeting
WEF meeting brings together integrated business leaders, policymakers, international and civil society organizations, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
In a series of impact-driven discussions, these alliances will use the meetings to advance their work and make concrete progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The meeting emphasizes building momentum on other key milestones in the months ahead. Moreover, it includes the upcoming United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) and the Forum’s Annual Meeting in January 2023.
The sustainable development meeting focuses on accelerating public-private cooperation and deploying new technological solutions. Furthermore, it aims to advance both by providing a multistakeholder platform for concerted action.
The implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is essential to ensure a peaceful and prosperous future.

Moreover, the Director General of the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) Qu Dongyu will be attending the Sustainable Development Impact Meetings. Dongyu will discuss global food security.
WEF Sustainable Development Meetings invite participation only from the respective Forum communities. Furthermore, the Forum is spearheading efforts to rethink infrastructure development, reshape responsible capitalism and encourage the free movement of people and goods.
