Paris: June 26, 2021 – (TDI): The Secretary of the United States, Antony Blinken held an important meeting with the president of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron, in Paris. This was the first high-level visit from the US to France, after the four-year-long tense bilateral relationships.
In this meeting, they discussed North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Both officials exchanged views on the Transatlantic relationship. They shared their determination to face the mutual hurdles and to take the mutual opportunities that both countries come across. They also prompted Iran to return to the Nuclear deal.
