The Deputy Secretary of the United States of America, Wendy R. Sherman accompanied an interagency delegation of the United States to Switzerland. This delegation will put in motion the Strategic Stability Dialogue with the Russian Federation. She expressed the US commitment to minimize the chances of armed conflicts and nuclear war, even amidst tense situations.
