Zhengzhou, 16 September 2021 (TDI): The United Nations (UN) peacekeeping field training “Shared Destiny-2021” concluded in China’s Henan Province on 15 September. This ten-day exercise was to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the People’s Republic of China to the UN.
Pakistan’s Defense Attache Brigadier Asfar was present at the exercises and praised the rescue combat preparations of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). “China has contributed in the peacekeeping missions positively,” said the Pakistani Brigadier.
Moreover, China has been a proactive proponent of the UN blue helmets and has been involved in significant missions throughout the world. China’s burgeoning presence in the global has played a beneficial role for the UN and blue helmets.
