Ashgabat, 9 September 2024 (TDI): Turkmenistan and Malaysia have explored extensive bilateral and multilateral cooperation during inter-ministerial consultations in Ashgabat.

The talks were led by Turkmen Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmet Gurbanov and Malaysian Deputy Secretary General Dato’ Ahmad Rozian bin Abd Ghani.

The discussions focused on enhancing political, economic, and humanitarian ties.

Both nations committed to expanding their collaboration by broadening the legal framework and boosting high-level diplomatic exchanges.

Key areas of focus included organizing business forums, thematic exhibitions, and business missions.

The meeting also explored deeper cooperation in education, science, culture, tourism, and healthcare, aiming to strengthen both public and private sector interactions.
