
Pasay, 23 September 2021 (TDI): The “PH, Switzerland Conduct 9th Political Consultations; Bilateral Cooperation Post-Covid-19 Explored” has been conducted virtually between the foreign officials of the Philippines and Switzerland to enhance the social, political, and economic relations at the state level on Monday. Both countries uplifted to strengthen bilateral relations to cope with the existing challenges which become hurdles to achieve stability in the region.
At the conference, the Philippine side was led by Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary for European Affairs Jaime Victor B. and on the other side, Switzerland was presented by Raphael Nageli, Head of Asia Pacific Division at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. Both sides’ foreign delegations were part of that meeting and discussed certain issues which they should seriously take under their consideration after a pandemic situation.
The Philippines and Switzerland also agreed to work together to develop and undertake joint activities in line with the upcoming 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2022. 🇵🇭🤝🇨🇭

These two sides agreed to amplify bilateral cooperation in the education sector which provides the best vocational training to their employees and they also focused on human rights and international laws.
