Bangkok, 4 November 2021 (TDI): Thailand and Laos Co-chaired the 22nd Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JC) on Thursday.
Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister, Don Pramudwinai, and Laos Foreign Minister, Saleumxay Kommasith represented their countries, respectively.

Additionally, both of the representatives discussed border cooperation between the two countries.
Other matters such as trade, digital and public health were also on the agenda of discussion. The two counterparts expressed their views, simultaneously, towards Resilient & Sustainable Recovery, together.
Ceremony in Vientiane
Later, both the Foreign Ministers joined a ceremony in Laos Capital, Vientiane.

Moreover, the ceremony was conducted to hand over drug rehabilitation and emergency patient centers to Phone Hong Hospital, as well. Medical equipment for Children Hospital were also provided in the same event.
