Dar es Salaam, 17 November 2021 (TDI): British High Commissioner organized UK-Tanzania Business Forum 2021 with Partnership of Tanzanian government in Dar es Salaam.
The theme of the event is ” Strengthening Mutual, Sustainable & Economic Prosperity.”Kassim Majaliwa, Prime Minister of Tanzania and UK Prime Minister’s trade envoy to Tanzania John Woodcock attended the event as the Guest of Honor.

John Woodcock points out many business opportunities in Tanzania. These include mining, infrastructure, agriculture, and the blue economy. The UK shows interest in these areas. Speaking with the media, John Woodcock said, “Today our governments are here to listen to business – to increase opportunities for both countries.”
Additionally, UK High Commissioner in Tanzania David Concar also accompanied at the ceremony. Also, Mr. Concar stated that “Delighted to be participating in the inaugural of Tanzania -UK Business Forum in Dar es Salaam. A great opportunity for UK and Tanzania to grow their trade and investment partnership for the benefit of the people of both countries.”
A business forum provides an opportunity to enhance investment and trade cooperation between two countries. Business Forum 2021 explores the opportunity for the mutual and sustainable economic progress of both countries.
