Dushanbe, 6 September 2021 (TDI): Sharaf Sheralizoda, Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan met with the Head of Representative Office of China Huaneng Group in Central Asia, Li Liang.
Tajikistan and China have launched many joint ventures together that are to boost the economic and political ties between both states. The meeting touched on many aspects that will make the friendship of these states stronger. Both parties discussed strengthening cooperation in language education, classics translation, archaeological excavation, cultural heritage protection, trade, and investment, etc.
Moreover, both sides expressed the need to refine the blueprint for Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), focus on strategic projects, and give energy, transportation, agricultural, and industry cooperation top priority.
