Sri Lankan Prime Minister met Czech Republic’s Ambassador

Colombo, 16 October 2021 (TDI): Sri Lankan Prime Minister, Mahinda Rajapaksa met the Czech Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Milan Hovorka who is completing his tenure.

Foreign Minister welcomed Ambassador Milan Hovorka and showed gratitude. He was a dedicated public servant. During his tenure, the bilateral cooperation between Sri Lanka and the Czech reached new levels. The existing bilateral relations between the two counties were reviewed. The two sides are Meaningfully engaged in the areas of trade, investment, tourism, culture, and education.

Mahinda Rajapaksa thanked Ambassador Moser for his services. He hoped that bilateral cooperation between Colombo and Prague strengthen in the future. He wished him the best for his future endeavors. However, these relations will not remain bilateral but also help strengthen relations between Sri Lanka and European Union.
