Pakistan Condemns Terrorist Attack on Mosque in Afghanistan


Islamabad, 16 October 2021 (TDI): Pakistan condemned the heinous terrorist attack at a mosque in Kandahar city of Afghanistan. The attack resulted in the loss of precious lives and injuries to others.

The Government and people of Pakistan convey their support. It expressed heartfelt condolences to the people of Afghanistan. Moreover, stated that Pakistan strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including despicable attacks on places of worship.

Also, reported that suicide bombers attacked a Shia mosque in the Afghan city of Kandahar during a Friday prayer. The attack killed at least 41 people and injuring scores more. There has not yet been any claim of responsibility for the attack in Kandahar. In this hard time, Pakistan extended its support and solidarity with Afghanistan. Such kind gestures helps to enhance bilateral relations between two countries.
