Kinshasa: June 29, 2021-(TDI): On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of CPC, a seminar was arranged by the Chinese embassy in Congo. The seminar was co-organized by the Congolese ruling party PCT.
A photo and painting exhibition was set by the embassy to honor the epic history of china. Guests attended the history-based exhibition in the embassy.
The Chinese Director-General, Department of African Affairs Wu Peng in a tweet, in relevance to the seminar, wished for stronger relations between China and Congo.
China and Congo have shared strong diplomatic ties since 1971. In modern times the relationship has become stronger as Chinese investment in the DRC and Congo’s exports to China have grown swiftly.
