Islamabad, 16 April 2024 (TDI): The Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Commission of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), in collaboration with the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the SCO Secretariat, is proud to announce the launch of the SCO Countries Art Exhibition.
This exciting event aims to celebrate creativity and cultural exchange among the SCO member states, with a special invitation extended to the talented young artists of Pakistan.
Themed “The SCO Family in My Eyes,” the exhibition seeks to capture the essence of the “Shanghai Spirit” through the eyes of young artists.
Participants are encouraged to depict the vibrant tapestry of the SCO’s diverse cultures and shared values, highlighting themes of civilization mutual learning, green development, and scientific and technological innovation. Through their artworks, participants will narrate the compelling story of the SCO’s journey towards a brighter future.
Pakistani children aged between 5 to 16 years old are invited to join their peers from other SCO countries in showcasing their artistic prowess. This inclusive event offers a platform for young minds to express themselves creatively and foster cross-cultural understanding.
The event is now open for submissions, with the deadline set for June 1, 2024. Participants are encouraged to unleash their imagination and creativity to produce captivating artworks that reflect the spirit of the SCO.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) stands as a significant regional bloc fostering cooperation and stability among its member states.
