The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, called on the Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi. Matters of mutual concern, the development of the regional security situation and discussions on the Afghan peace process, regional peace cooperation were held during the meeting.Â
The Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia praised Pakistan for its efforts and role in bringing peace and stability to the region.Â
The Chief of Army Staff stated that the relationship between KSA and Pakistan is based on brotherhood and mutual trust, and the two countries will continue to play a role in ensuring peace and stability. He also appreciated the support of the Saudi leadership towards Pakistan and its armed forces.
