Islamabad (TDI): Saudi Arabia has approved an additional Hajj quota of 10,000 for Pakistan for the year 2025. With this latest addition, a total of 189,210 Pakistani pilgrims will be able to perform Hajj this year.
The additional quota is allocated for Pakistani pilgrims who could not register before the deadline.
The announcement was confirmed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, which expressed gratitude to the Saudi administration for its support toward Pakistani Hajj Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

The Government of Pakistan had been in active engagement with Saudi authorities to secure this expansion, especially in light of the increasing number of Hajj applicants.
Pilgrims will be able to select their accommodation in Madina for a period ranging from four to eight days.
During Hajj, every pilgrim will be provided with a specially designed suitcases, notably featuring the Pakistani flag.
Along with this, a QR code for identification purpose and important information will also be provided to avoid any inconvenience.
The Ministry has advised all applicants to stay updated through official communication channels and has pledged to facilitate all necessary arrangements to make Hajj 2025 a smooth, comfortable, and spiritually enriching experience for every Pakistani pilgrim.
