Kharkiv (TDI): A Russian guided bomb struck a five-story apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, causing fires and injuring at least 10 people.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy strongly condemned the attack, emphasizing its continuation as part of ongoing strikes against the city.
He called for increased support from Ukraine’s Western allies, drawing parallels to Iran’s actions against Israel as an example of unified efforts among allies.

Zelenskiy said that to effectively halt Russian attacks, Ukraine requires not just assistance but sufficient aid from its partners.
Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Syniehubov said that the bomb damaged the building between the third and fourth floors in the city’s Saltivka district.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated that 10 people were injured in the attack, including a three-year-old child.
He added that guided bombs targeted two districts within the city.
