Pakistan and Russia signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Moscow

Moscow, 16 June 2023 (TDI): On June 15, 2023, an important milestone was achieved in bilateral relations between Russia and Pakistan. On the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Pakistan Customs and the Federal Customs Services (Russian Federation) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the exchange of statistical data on mutual trade.

This landmark agreement aims to enhance bilateral trade between the two nations.

The signing of this memorandum represents the strengthening of economic connections and shows both countries’ commitment to a favorable trading environment.

This combined effort is expected to improve trade, reduce obstacles, and promote faster immigration procedures for cross-border organizations.

Through this partnership, both Russia and Pakistan aim to enhance their understanding of each other’s markets, identify new trade routes, and promote cooperation in various sectors.
