Islamabad, 26 August (TDI): On 26 August, the President European Council Charles Michel connected to Prime Minister Imran Khan on a telephonic call. The two leaders had a discussion on the prevailing situation in Afghanistan.
The Pakistani Premier Imran Khan said that Islamabad would keep in touch with regional and world players to boost the common aims of maintaining security and stability in Afghanistan through development. It would be in the interests of the region and the world at large.
The two leaders vowed to be in touch with each other for effective coordination on the prevailing situation in Afghanistan.
