July 25, 2021 – (TDI):The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau congratulated the Canadian swimming team for winning a silver medal in the women’s 4x100m freestyle relay in the Tokyo Olympics 2021. The team members were Kayla Sanchez, Margaret MacNeil, Rebecca Smith, Penny Oleksiak, and Taylor Ruck. He further congratulated Melissa Citrini and Jennifer Abel for securing a silver medal in the Women’s synchronized 3m springboard.
