The Paris Air Forum brings together today, a thousand decision-makers from aeronautics, defense, and space.
The President of the Scientific Council and President of Forum-Media, Max Armanet highlighted the humanist vision of Aristotle, an advocate of democracy who claimed that ‘Progress is worth nothing unless shared by all’.
This is because it serves as a compass for their conquest of the skies and for the Paris Air Forum’s Scientific Council.
In line with this, it has inspired the title of the 2022 edition. Particularly in the form of a manifesto that is, ‘Rekindle the magic of progress’.
Armanet mentioned that this year, the international gathering of stakeholders from the third dimension will be a ‘culminating moment.
The President highlighted aerospace progress in telling the story of the great human adventure of modern times.
As it offered everyone on the planet the freedom to travel as well as to meet others in faraway places. Together with developing an awareness of their common destiny.
Moreover, Armanet added that the dream is now a reality and has held a sense of magic for humanity. Also, it has to carry on doing so by assisting to address the challenges that involve it today.
Due to 24 hours of debate on current events across the sector, the 2022 Paris Air Forum is expected to bring together more than 250,000 participants. Specifically to share the experience of live broadcasts, news in the making, and the future as it unfolds, as well as to rekindle the magic of progress.

It was created in 2014 by Aéroport de Paris, La Tribune, and Forum Media. Therefore, it brings together a succession of debates, conferences, and keynotes. Also, involving the personalities that make the news, major decision-makers, and experts in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors.
The objective is to decipher the challenges of both the present and of the future. In order to better address the challenges of tomorrow.

In 2021, during the Forum, the pioneer of urban air mobility (UAM), Volocopter, announced that Volocopter had launched its test flight campaign in Paris.
