Pakistani Musicians enthralled Kyrgyz audience

Islamabad, 20 April 2024 (TDI):  Pakistan Embassy Kyrgyzstan organized a musical concert of Pakistani musicians including Raees Ahmed, Murad, Khalid Mehmood, Gulab Khel, and Ali Raza at Кыргыз Республикасынын Улуттук тарых музейи on 18 April 2024.

Pakistani Musicians entertained the audience with national music and famous folk tunes from all four provinces. The performance included famous Pakistani musical instruments including Tabla, Rabab, Violin, Santoor, and Banjo.

The concert was attended by senior Kyrgyz government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, prominent businessmen, and members of the Pakistani community in Bishkek. Эдил Байсалов, Deputy Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

Speaking on the occasion Edil Baisalov appreciated the efforts of the Embassy for bringing Pakistan’s best musicians to perform in Kyrgyzstan.

He emphasized that both Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan are bound together by bonds of history, culture, and civilization. The relationship transcended all levels including government to government and people to people.

Moreover, He felicitated musicians for holding a successful performance and expressed the hope that such cultural exchanges would continue in the future as well to generate mutual understanding and goodwill.

The Chief Guest presented a bouquet and awarded appreciation certificates to the musicians for their excellent performance.
