Pakistan Strongly Rejects Indian Media’s Attack Claims

Islamabad (TDI): Islamabad has categorically rejected recent claims made by the Indian media accusing Pakistan of launching attacks on Pathankot, Jaisalmer, and Srinagar.

“These claims are entirely unfounded, politically motivated, and part of a reckless propaganda campaign aimed at maligning Pakistan,” a statement issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson said.

It added that the repeated pattern of leveling allegations against Pakistan without any credible probe reflects a thoughtful strategy to manufacture a pretext for attack against Pakistan and to further destabilize the region.

Such moves not only further endanger regional peace but also reveal a disturbing will to exploit misinformation for political and military purposes.

Islamabad urged the global community to take serious notice of this dangerous behavior and to counsel New Delhi toward restraint and responsibility as any escalation based on unfounded pretenses will be met with full resolve and determination to protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The statement added that Pakistan remained vigilant and strongly committed to peace, but it will not be deterred by attempts to provoke, intimidate, or mislead and reserves the right to respond to acts of aggression.

“These accusations are rejected in the strongest possible terms,” the spokesperson said.

Moreover, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry warned that Pakistan’s retaliation to any Indian misadventure would be so decisive and complete that the entire world would hear its echo, and no announcements would be needed.

“When Pakistan strikes, it will be unmistakable and undeniable. You won’t need the media to explain, the impact will speak for itself,” the military spokesperson said while addressing a joint press conference with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

During the press briefing today, the DG ISPR categorically dismissed New Delhi’s accusations that Pakistan launched attacks on 15 sites across Indian territory, labelling the claims as “utterly false.”

He said New Delhi is trying to present fabricated evidence to justify its recent military aggression against Pakistan.

Speaking during the media conference, Ishaq Dar stated that India deliberately targeted Amritsar with missiles and projectiles in a calculated move to incite anti-Pakistan sentiments within the Sikh community.

“In a deeply sinister act, three projectiles were deliberately dropped at Amritsar, while the fourth projectile which entered in Pakistan’s airspace was intercepted by Pakistan air defense and its debris fell in Denga which is inside Pakistan,” he said.
