Pakistan participating in Black Sea Naval Exercise

Islamabad: 26, June 2021: Pakistan Navy will take part as an observer in the upcoming naval exercise SB21 Sea Breeze 2021. The naval exercise is going to start from 28th June till 10th July. This exercise will be hosted by the Ukrainian Navy and the US Sixth Fleet. Media Directorate of Pakistan Navy said that ‘In this naval exercise Pakistan Defense Attaché Ukraine will take part as an observer and Pakistan is among the participating states. In this exercise, different activities like driving operations, different special rescue operations, air defense exercises, and anti-submarine warfare will be conducted. Since 1997 these naval exercises have been held on an annual basis.

The organizer of this Naval Exercise said that these exercises will bring the Black Ocean countries and NATO partners to accomplices together to teach and work with NATO individuals within the interest of expanded capability. All these naval exercises will be conducted in 32 states. These states include Australia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Morocco, Albania, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
