According to a Russian official, Russia, the United States, China, and Pakistan, which are collectively known as the “Troika Plus” w.r.t. Afghanistan, will meet next month in Qatar to discuss recent events in war-torn Afghanistan.
Pakistan regards Troika Plus as a vital forum for facilitating the Afghan peace process. It has been a regular participant in the format. Pakistan looks forward to the Troika Plus conference in Doha and will continue to support efforts to make Afghanistan peaceful, stable, and free of violence and terrorism.
