Recitation of the Holy Quran, national anthems, and flag-hoisting rituals were held in Pakistani Embassies worldwide to mark the day.
Pakistan’s Ambassadors and High Commissioners raised the national flag at their embassies to symbolize Pakistan’s sovereignty.
They paid tribute to the nation’s father, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and other leaders of the Pakistan Movement who worked relentlessly to establish a sovereign homeland for the subcontinent’s Muslims.
In their speeches on occasion, Pakistani envoys stressed the significance of the Pakistan Resolution in molding the fate of the subcontinent’s Muslims.
