The discussions come at a time when counter-terrorism remains a critical priority for Pakistan, amid ongoing regional security concerns and a resurgence of militant activity in certain areas.
The country has been actively pursuing a comprehensive approach that combines military operations, intelligence coordination, and socio-economic measures to curb extremism.
The European Union, for its part, continues to expand its global counter-terrorism partnerships, working with key countries to combat radicalization, disrupt terror financing, and address transnational threats.
