Abu Dhabi (TDI): The Embassy of Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates organized a vibrant Jashn-e-Azadi festival at the Gold and Silver Ballroom of the Abu Dhabi Country Club to celebrate Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day.
The event was attended by a large gathering of members from the Pakistani community, Emirati guests, and friends of Pakistan, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi welcomed the attendees and extended his heartfelt congratulations on the occasion.
He paid tribute to Pakistan’s founding fathers and acknowledged the immense sacrifices made to secure the country’s freedom.

Highlighting the significance of unity and cultural pride, Ambassador Tirmizi emphasized the role of community engagement in strengthening the enduring ties between Pakistan and the UAE.
He also praised the valuable contributions of overseas Pakistanis living in the UAE and reaffirmed the embassy’s dedication to promoting Pakistan’s rich culture, heritage, and national identity abroad.

The festival featured a lively Mushaira (poetry recital) and live music performances, alongside colorful exhibitions of Pakistani cuisine, handicrafts, and cultural traditions.
Families enjoyed the celebration, embracing Pakistan’s diverse arts, flavors, and heritage.
