Brussels (TDI): The Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels hosted a vibrant Eid Milan reception to mark the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, which was observed in Muslims countries around the world on March 30 and 31.
The event brought together a large gathering of Pakistani community living in Belgium and Luxembourg, including professionals, businesspersons, students, and media representatives.
Rahim Hayat Qureshi, Ambassador of Pakistan to the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg, addressed the gathering. In his remarks, he extended heartfelt Eid greetings to the community and expressed deep appreciation for their enduring role in strengthening people-to-people ties between Pakistan and Belgium.
He emphasized the importance of unity, harmony, and collective identity among Pakistanis abroad, highlighting the richness of Pakistan’s cultural and regional diversity.
The reception served an opportunity for members of the Pakistani diaspora to come together, reconnect, and celebrate the spirit of Eid.
The guests expressed their sincere thanks to the Ambassador and the Embassy for organizing the event and for their continued support and hospitality.
