United Nations (TDI): More than 900 trucks carrying humanitarian aid entered Gaza on Monday, the UN said, exceeding the daily target outlined in the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
The UN’s humanitarian office (OCHA) said, “Humanitarian assistance continues to move into the Gaza Strip as part of a prepared surge to increase support to survivors.”
“According to information from Israeli authorities anc ceasefire guarantors, 915 trucks entered Gaza today.”
Throughout conflict in Gaza, the United Nations has denounced obstacles restricting the flow and distribution of assistance into the battered Palestinian territory.
