Over 40,000 Users Report Spotify Outage in US

California (TDI): According to the outage tracking website Downdetector.com, music streaming service of Spotify was unavailable to thousands of users on Sundays.

About 40,602 customers in the US were impacted, according to Downdetector, a tool that detects outages using various sources, including user reports.

Many users shared updates regarding the service interruption on social media site X.

There were 246 million premium Spotify users in the second quarter of 2024.
