Islamabad (TDI): Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Monday presided over an important meeting on matters related to New Gwadar International Airport.
He directed to make foolproof arrangements for the new airport to make it a complete success.
He said the New Airport of Gwadar is a prominent example of deep Pakistan-China friendship.
“We are thankful to our great friend China for onstructing an airport equipped with lobal standards and modern facilities,” he said.
The PM further said that the activation Of New Gwadar International Airport will bring prosperity to the region and create employment opportunities.

A workable strategy should be formulated to make New Gwadar International Airport a busy transit point, he added.

The Prime Minister also directed to improve the system of connecting roads between New Gwadar International Airport and other parts of the country, particularly Balochistan Province.
