Addressing the summit, Mirziyoyev expressed gratitude to Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for hosting and to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz for his commitment to enhancing relations with Central Asia.

Mirziyoyev commended Germany’s support for democratic and socio-economic reforms in the region.

“We highly value Germany’s steadfast support for our ongoing democratic transformations and socio-economic development,” he said.

He emphasized that the region’s future security and sustainable development depend on Central Asia’s political will and collective efforts.
The President proposed six key areas of cooperation.
He suggested adopting a long-term partnership framework and establishing the “Central Asia – Germany” Forum of Analytical Centers, with its inaugural meeting proposed for Khiva.

He also advocated for regular foreign ministry meetings to boost collaboration.

Mirziyoyev proposed a “road map” to expand cooperation in energy, machinery, and agriculture.

He also suggested creating a “Central Asia-Germany Council of Investors and Entrepreneurs” and urged German companies to join regional infrastructure projects.
