Beirut, 18 August 2021 (TDI): On 16 August 2021, The Mexican Ambassador to Lebanon José Ignacio Madrazo said in a tweet that the Mexican Embassy based in Lebanon expresses its sincere sympathy for the families of the victims in the explosion of a gasoline tank in the Akkar district of said country. The blast resulted in more than 20 deaths and more than 80 injuries. “Our solidarity with the families of the victims,” he added.
