Yemen: June 26, 2021- (TDI): The UNDP is aiding the Yemeni government by carrying out humanitarian, developmental, and relief work in Yemen so that peace and stability can be ensured in Yemen.
Abdullah Ali Fadhel Al Saadi is the permanent representative of Yemen to the United Nations and met the UNDP Yemen resident Representative Auke Lootsma. Both discussed ways of strengthening and supporting the United Nations Development Program work in Yemen. Furthermore, in this meeting, they also focused on the significance of increased coordination with the government of Yemen as well so that the development and relief work by the United Nations in Yemen can be carried out effectively.
