Bishkek, (TDI): Kyrgyzstan has advanced four positions in the global mobile internet speed rankings, now standing at 62nd place among 111 countries, according to the SpeedTest website run by Ookla.
The country’s average mobile internet speed is reported at 42.82 Mbps.
In comparison, the global average download speed is 55.80 Mbps, with an upload speed of 11.02 Mbps and an average latency of 27 ms.
The UAE and Qatar lead the world with the highest mobile internet speeds.
Kyrgyzstan’s Neighboring Countries
Among neighboring countries, Kazakhstan ranks 53rd with an average speed of 51.25 Mbps, making it the top performer in the CIS region.

Uzbekistan follows at 71st, Armenia at 77th, Russia at 92nd, Ukraine at 100th, and Belarus at 108th.
These rankings are updated monthly, reflecting the latest data on mobile and broadband connection speeds.
