Nur-Sultan, 26 August 2021 (TDI): Qasim Jomart Toqayev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, wrote a congratulatory note to David Degtyarev. David Degtyarev took part in Tokyo Paralympic Games which started on 24 August and will continue till 5 September 2021.
David Degtyarev is an athletic player of Kazakhstan who took part in Paralympic games . He won the gold medal for his excellent performance. The President of Kazakhstan congratulated him on his success and wished him the very best of luck for the future.
He also wished success to other athletes who would be participating in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. He added that David’s success was the result of the efforts he put into achieving the gold medal. Qasim Jomart Toqayev looks forward to the achievement in sports diplomacy in the future.
