Iranian Ambassador to China speaks on COVID-19 origin-tracing

Beijing, 21 August 2021 (TDI): The Iranian Ambassador to China, Mohammad Keshavarzzadeh, in an interview, said that the origin tracing of coronavirus is a scientific issue, so it should be left to science.

He stressed international cooperation in the investigation of the origin of COVID-19 matter and rejected the politicization of the virus’ origin tracing.

While talking about the role of China globally, he pointed out the major role it had played during the global pandemic.

He said the Chinese vaccine has reached above 100 countries. Further, he also talked about the equal development of rural and urban areas of China over time.
