Munich, 9 August 2021 (TDI): In Munich, Germany, a protest was held on Sunday. German Afghans marched in favor of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF). They condemned the Taliban’s escalating human rights atrocities.
Following the withdrawal of US security forces, the violence has increased in the last two months. Overseas Afghans, from all around the world, are expressing solidarity with the Afghan people while criticizing the Taliban’s brutal actions. Protesters are calling for the demolition of terrorist safe havens as well as a long-term peace solution in Afghanistan.
